We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to lead their social media strategy, enhance their online presence and drive engagement with diverse audiences.

Position Overview:

We are keen to speak with experienced and innovative Social Media Marketing Managers keen to manage and grow their online presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and the websites.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building brand awareness, engagement and loyalty through creative, high-impact social media strategies. This role requires someone with a strong sense of ownership, who can independently create engaging content, generate leads and foster a community of dedicated followers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances brand visibility.
  • Create compelling, visually engaging and brand-aligned content, including images, videos and stories.
  • Plan and execute a consistent posting schedule across Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms to increase reach and engagement.
  • Build and nurture an active online community by responding to comments, messages and customer enquiries.
  • Develop creative campaigns to grow follower base and increase engagement with B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Monitor and analyse social media trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to keep the website content fresh, relevant and aligned with social media campaigns.
  • Optimise website user experience and track traffic from social media to the website for lead generation and conversion.
  • Design and distribute engaging newsletters tailored to B2B and B2C audiences, including content for newsletters that highlights product launches, company news,and industry trends.
  • Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimise strategies based on data insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, particularly in B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Strong skills in content creation.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, or similar).
  • Experience with website content management and basic knowledge of SEO is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships with customers.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
