Key Worker Role
Location: Bulwell, Nottingham
Are you passionate about supporting young people in their journey to independence? Join a dedicated team at a cosy two-bedroom property in Bulwell, Nottingham, as a Care Leavers Key Worker. We will support 16-21-year-old care leavers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift Pattern: 3 days on, 4 days off.
- 2pm - 10pm: First Shift
- 10pm - 7am: Sleep In Shift
- 7am - 10:30am: Morning Shift to Finish
- Hands-on role with minimal admin time.
- Escorting young people to GP appointments.
- Assisting with cooking, cleaning, and independent living skills.
- Conducting risk assessments and management reports.

- Hourly Pay: 12.21
- Sleep In Pay: 70
- 28 Days Annual Leave.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with young people.
- Ability to work independently.
- Driver desirable but not essential.
- Commitment to achieving NVQ L3 in Health and Social Care (if taken on permanently).
Additional Information:
- At first, a temporary role with the possibility to transition to a permanent position (TTP) later, must be able to commit to at least 12 weeks.
