What will you do as HR & Payroll Assistant?

  • HR - Manage and maintain employee records &personal information
  • Support with Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Support the recruitment process job adverts & scheduling interviews
  • Payroll - Assist with the running of end-to-end payroll for 600+ employees
  • Dealing with payroll-related queries from employees
  • Provide general support to the wider HR & Payroll team when necessary

What do you need as a HR & Payroll Assistant?

  • Experience in payroll and HR administration functions
  • Experience with SAGE software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
