What will you do as HR & Payroll Assistant?
- HR - Manage and maintain employee records &personal information
- Support with Onboarding & Offboarding
- Support the recruitment process job adverts & scheduling interviews
- Payroll - Assist with the running of end-to-end payroll for 600+ employees
- Dealing with payroll-related queries from employees
- Provide general support to the wider HR & Payroll team when necessary
What do you need as a HR & Payroll Assistant?
- Experience in payroll and HR administration functions
- Experience with SAGE software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
