Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage payroll for 60+ employees. The role is part-time, on-site, and reports initially to HR and later to the Site Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process payroll accurately for 60+ employees.

- Ensure compliance with payroll laws, including taxes and pensions.

- Maintain employee payroll records and handle payroll queries.

- Generate payroll reports and assist with year-end processes.

- Reconcile payroll data regularly to identify discrepancies.

Essential Skills:

- Proven payroll administration experience.

- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and legal requirements.

- Attention to detail and proficiency in payroll software.

- Good organisational and communication skills.
