Randstad C&P are currently working with a long standing facilities maintenance provider who are looking for a plumber to join their team in Nottingham on a large static site based in NG16 3UA.

Package:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
  • On call (£150, optional to take part)
  • Plenty of overtime available

Responsibilities:

  • To undertake planned and reactive works on plant equipment and fabrics of the building
  • To communicate effectively via the CAFM System
  • Ensure all works are completed within the agreed SLA's
  • Complete all relevant paperwork as and when required
  • Take part in team meetings, including tool box talks etc
  • Complete monthly meetings with the client to discuss overall performance
  • Work as a team and take part in other remedial tasks as required

Ideal candidate

  • NVQ level 3 Plumbing or equivalent
  • Experience working within a facilities management capacity
  • Ability to turn hands to other tasks when required.
