Randstad C&P are currently working with a long standing facilities maintenance provider who are looking for a plumber to join their team in Nottingham on a large static site based in NG16 3UA.
Package:
- Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
- On call (£150, optional to take part)
- Plenty of overtime available
Responsibilities:
- To undertake planned and reactive works on plant equipment and fabrics of the building
- To communicate effectively via the CAFM System
- Ensure all works are completed within the agreed SLA's
- Complete all relevant paperwork as and when required
- Take part in team meetings, including tool box talks etc
- Complete monthly meetings with the client to discuss overall performance
- Work as a team and take part in other remedial tasks as required
Ideal candidate
- NVQ level 3 Plumbing or equivalent
- Experience working within a facilities management capacity
- Ability to turn hands to other tasks when required.
