Location: East Midlands (hybrid, 2 days a week onsite) 

A high-growth private equity backed professional services firm are offering the opportunity for a PMO Manager to join their growing, dynamic team. You'll lead the implementation of new platforms and drive automation to reduce manual effort, ensuring seamless integration into BAU operations. 

Key Responsibilities of the PMO Manager include:

  • Lead the entire implementation process of their workflow management tool, including system configuration, testing, and training
  • Monitor tool performance and user engagement, identifying opportunities for optimization and further automation
  • Develop and deliver training programs, establishing ongoing user support structures
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, risks, and key recommendations
  • Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation 

Key Requirements of the PMO Manager include:

  • Proven experience as a PMO Manager within a professional services firm
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and a strong commitment to delivering results
  • Extensive experience in project management and implementing workflow tools
