We are the leading installer of Orangeries, Conservatories, Garden Rooms, Glazed Extensions and Windows and Doors throughout the Nottingham area. To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for an experienced, reliable Installations Manager to support in the installations to customers’ homes across the Nottingham area.

It is important to us that we deliver an exceptional service to our customers. To achieve this, it is vital that we have a team who are quality focused, experienced, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

You will ensure that the department’s main focus is to deliver a quality service to all customers. You and your team will be the point of contact for customers during the installation period, and you will provide support to our customers either by phone, electronically or face to face.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in all installations, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage contracts, assign work to surveyors, and support them with technical challenges, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Schedule and coordinate fitting teams and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Serve as the main contact for all trades, ensuring seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct site visits to resolve issues, maintain safety standards, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and dealers.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Installations to gather data on quality and costs.
  • Maintain professional knowledge through training and enforce organisational standards.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring health and safety compliance.

Requirements:

  • Strong planning, organisation, and leadership skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to challenge existing practices, improve processes, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Experience in team management, with strong interpersonal skills and commercial awareness.
  • Proficient in IT with desirable experience in the window/conservatory industry.
  • Technical understanding of installation processes and a commitment to continuous learning.
