Job Role: Administrator
Salary: Up to 25k DOE
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours a week)
Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with a successful property management company who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their administration team. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks and play a vital role in supporting their property managers and ensure smooth office operations.
What will the role involve?
- Dealing with and resolving customer queries
- Answering incoming calls and diverting to the correct department
- Sending letters and emails to customers and staff
- Managing office supplies and ordering stationery
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Processing payments
- Providing administration support to property managers
- Sending out job sheets/purchase orders
- Performing other general office duties as needed.
The successful Administrator will meet the following criteria:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service or administrative experience
- Experience within the property industry would be desirable but not essential
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and adapt
