About the role of Customer Liaison Officer
As a Customer Liaison Officer, you'll be the go-to for all client/customer communication, ensuring both parties are kept up to date within the Social Housing refurb projects.
Responsibilities for Customer Liaison Officer
- Become an integral part in resident and community engagement initiatives and communications between tenants and clients.
- Coordinating access arrangements when necessary and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
- Using your communication skills, you'll be the face of the company to ensure all parties involved are comfortable and well informed.
Requirements for Customer Liaison Officer
- Previous experience in a similar role - Tenant Liaison Officer/Resident Liaison Officer etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- UK Driving Licence
