Job Duties:- Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents
- Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
- Perform risk and value management and cost control
- Advise on procurement strategy
- Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks
- Prepare and analyse project costings for tenders
- Allocate work to subcontractors
- Provide advice on contractual claims
- Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports
- Value completed work and arrange payments
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong numerical and financial management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
- Knowledge of construction contracts and legal requirements
- Standard office hours with occasional site visits
- Travel may be required depending on project locations
- Work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and project teams
