Job Duties:
  • Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents
  • Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
  • Perform risk and value management and cost control
  • Advise on procurement strategy
  • Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks
  • Prepare and analyse project costings for tenders
  • Allocate work to subcontractors
  • Provide advice on contractual claims
  • Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports
  • Value completed work and arrange payments
  Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry
  • Strong numerical and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of construction contracts and legal requirements
Working Conditions:
  • Standard office hours with occasional site visits
  • Travel may be required depending on project locations
  • Work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
