This is a superb opportunity for an experienced General Practice Surveyor to become a part of a Partner led, independent Surveying firm in Nottingham.
The firm are open to someone joining at Senior, Associate or Director level, it all depends on your experience and aspirations.
With a steady and mixed flow of work to complete, this ideal for someone with mixed experience.

What you will be doing
The work is mainly Valuation but splits between Management and Agency and includes Landlord and Tenant and other professional work. Client base ranges from Institutions to individuals and the diversity of work is wide which provides an interesting and mixed work load.
You will be compiling valuation reports for lenders, institutions, pension funds and for statutory purposes, and be part of a valuation team dedicated to expanding and servicing the firms valuation clients.
What you will have
- Chartered Surveyor status
- Current RICS Registered Valuer status
- Experience in both residential and commercial surveying
- Established interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- A commercially aware outlook, with an ability to network
