My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic and fast–paced business, which has experienced substantial growth and has exciting plans for future development.
Role
- Contract Administration
- Subcontract and Material Procurement
- Contractor/Subcontractor Negotiation
- Cost Value Reconciliation
- Processing and agreeing client and subcontractor monthly valuations and accounts
About You:
- Hold a degree in a field related to the role, such as Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Proven experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Management for either a construction company, consultancy or private practice
- Full UK Driving License, Own Transport, and the ability to travel to different areas of the UK for site visits

The Package:
- £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
- Company Car or Car Allowance
- Company Pension
