Our fantastic client seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lettings Administrator to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates with previous lettings experience who are ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end tenancy process from application to move-in
- Preparing and processing tenancy agreements and legal documents
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Conducting property inspections and overseeing maintenance issues
- Handling tenant inquiries and resolving any issues or disputes
- Updating and maintaining accurate property and tenant records on the system
- Coordinating move-in/out processes and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Managing rent collection and arrears in a timely manner
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a lettings administration role is essential
- Knowledge of tenancy laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Proficiency in using property management software (experience with [insert software if relevant] is a plus)
- A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A full, valid UK driving license is preferable
