Lettings Administrator
12 per hour
Nottingham city centre
Monday to Friday 10 am - 3 pm
As a Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of duties including answering phones, emails, greeting visitors, and completing administrative tasks.
This is a brilliant opportunity to get into the property industry for an administrator with excellent communication skills. The contract will start on a temporary basis for a few months.
Duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls and emails for both Lettings and Sales, dealing with their property requirements
- Carrying out referencing and admin procedures for each property using a checklist
- Greeting visitors in the office
- Matching registered applicants with properties new to the market
- Arranging viewings, liaising with both Tenant and Landlords
- Managing diaries for lettings and sales
- Advertising properties
- Other reasonable administrative / customer service duties.
Skills and Experience required:
- A smiley, bubbly people person!
- Admin experience in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work at a fast pace with accuracy
More information:
- This is a temporary contract for at least a few months
- The role is fully office based in Nottingham city centre
- Expected Start Date: 20th January
- There could be scope to increase hours over busier periods.
