Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an accomplished Lettings Branch Manager to seamlessly integrate within their thriving and dynamic Lettings team. This role presents a rewarding opportunity for an accomplished professional to join a respected agency and contribute to its ongoing success within the vibrant lettings industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and Operations: Oversee the efficient operations of the lettings team, ensuring seamless execution of all tasks and operations within the branch.
  • Organising Subcontractors: Manage and book subcontractors to carry out inspections and inventory checks.
  • Property Listing: Assist the team with some listings.
  • Strategic Business Development: Contribute actively to drive the business forward by identifying new opportunities, implementing strategies, and fostering growth.
  • Team Leadership and Motivation: Inspire, guide, and motivate the team towards achieving exceptional performance, maintaining high morale and a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Reporting and Collaboration: Regularly communicate with and provide insightful reports to the business owners, fostering transparency and sharing key insights.
  • Optimising Business Prospects: Actively identify and capitalise on all potential business prospects, ensuring maximal utilisation of available opportunities.
