Reed is collaborating with one of the UK’s leading Independent Estate Agencies, who are looking for an Estate Agent Partner. This unique role offers the flexibility of a self-employed model with the security of full employment, allowing you to manage your own area and build a successful business within the property sector.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Build and develop the Estate Agency profile in your designated core area.
  • Make strategic decisions on targeted marketing and canvassing to enhance business growth.
  • Develop business contacts within local constituencies to boost referrals and expand the Estate Agency network.
  • Value and convert market appraisal opportunities into instructions using a robust marketing budget.
  • Oversee instructions to completion, utilising a nearby super hub office equipped with sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff for daily operations.
  • Provide an end-to-end service for customers, from valuation to the completion of sale, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years+ experience in Estate Agency.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to run and grow your own area.
  • Excellent business generation and marketing skills to promote your personal brand.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to effectively network within the community.
  • Ability to offer outstanding customer service that clients can rave about.
  • Flexibility to work from home and in an office environment, managing your own diary to suit customer needs.
