Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking company specialising in the acquisition, refurbishment and tenanting of properties are keen to appoint an experienced Lettings professional to join their small team. With a robust in-house portfolio, they also manage external properties, cater to supported living providers and engage in government-backed contracts. Established for over 20 years, they are now keen to appoint a driven individual to contribute to the success of their diverse property ventures!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all lettings paperwork adheres to the latest lettings legislation, guaranteeing legal compliance.
  • Update and maintain the company database system with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Set up management contracts and tenancy agreements, ensuring seamless onboarding for both tenants and property owners.
  • Conduct property inspections, providing valuable insights into maintenance needs and overall property condition.
  • Collaborate with maintenance contractors and other business contacts to address property-related concerns promptly.
  • Undertake administrative tasks integral to the smooth functioning of property management operations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in lettings is essential.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with an acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • A valid driver\'s license and access to a car is required.
