We are representing a premium property operator who manage some wonderful apartment blocks in the UK. Our client focuses on maximising tenant satisfaction, promoting energy-efficient living and offering premium service to all their customers.

They're looking for a true team player who goes the extra mile for customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of industry experience, preferably with a focus on managing apartment blocks. An ARLA qualification is preferred but not essential.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Communicating with tenants to address enquiries and resolve issues, including maintenance, anti-social behaviour, and rent queries.
  • Triaging maintenance issues and instructing appropriate contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Using our property management system, Re-Leased, to record and update maintenance works, rent reviews, documents, and ad hoc reminders.
  • Conducting viewings and basic vetting of applicants to ensure suitability as tenants.
  • Conducting check-ins, check-outs, handovers, and interim inspections.
  • Performing rent reviews, negotiating with tenants, and arranging tenancy renewals.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of lettings legislation to provide accurate guidance to the team and ensure legal standards are maintained.
  • Ensuring rental properties meet regulatory and habitability standards.
  • Ensuring legal compliance across the portfolio, such as EPCs, EICRs, and GSC.
  • Issuing legal notices such as Section 21s and Section 8s.
  • Performing other ad hoc duties as per the needs of the business.
