This is a hands-on role where no two days look quite the same.

You’ll be overseeing maintenance issues, carrying out property visits, ensuring compliance, managing renewals, and resolving tenant queries.

Your ability to juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure will be key.

You’ll be working closely with a collaborative team who pull together to meet targets, share knowledge, and provide a consistent service.

Whether it’s problem-solving a tricky repair or helping a landlord navigate new legislation, you’ll be trusted to make decisions and supported to grow.

What you’ll need:

Experience in residential lettings property management is essential, along with a full UK driving licence. If you’re proactive, organised, and ready to step into a role with plenty of autonomy, this could be the one for you.

Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5.00pm

One in three Saturdays, 10.00am - 3.00pm (rota cover)
