Panoramic Associates are currently working with a property investment company in recruiting an experienced and detail-oriented Residential Property Manager. This role requires a thorough understanding of UK property legislation, health and safety standards, and best practices to ensure properties meet all regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of residential properties, handle maintenance coordination, oversee tenant relations, and maintain strict compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all properties comply with UK legislation (Landlord and Tenant Act, Fire and Gas Safety, Electrical Safety Standards, and Energy Performance).
  • Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance.
  • Stay updated on legislative changes, conduct risk assessments, and oversee health and safety checks.
  • Coordinate maintenance, manage contractor relationships, and ensure high standards.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and prepare necessary reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1+ years of property management experience with a compliance focus in the UK.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, health and safety, and statutory obligations in residential properties.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in property management software.
