Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all properties comply with UK legislation (Landlord and Tenant Act, Fire and Gas Safety, Electrical Safety Standards, and Energy Performance).
- Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance.
- Stay updated on legislative changes, conduct risk assessments, and oversee health and safety checks.
- Coordinate maintenance, manage contractor relationships, and ensure high standards.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and prepare necessary reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1+ years of property management experience with a compliance focus in the UK.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, health and safety, and statutory obligations in residential properties.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in property management software.
