This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Top 100 law firm in Nottingham, working closely with Wealth Estate owners and providing bespoke, client-focused legal services.The RoleAs a Senior Residential Property Conveyancer, you'll be a key part of the Private Client Residential team, handling complex, high-value property transactions, including:
- Acquisitions & Sales
- Auctions & Land/Property Transfers
- Re-mortgages
- Private Client & Corporate Property Support
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Residential Property Conveyancer with a strong background in high-net-worth, non-volume transactions
- Excellent client service skills and ability to build lasting relationships
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
- Previous experience in a Private Client Residential Property team
