Role Overview

The firm is looking to recruit a Receptionist to join the Nottingham office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing reception services, the typing of correspondence, following in-house administration procedures, and supporting the Administration Team as and when required.

Job Description

  • Covering reception - taking telephone calls, meeting and greeting clients.
  • Opening and distributing incoming mail and franking outgoing mail.
  • Scanning, photocopying and filing on a daily basis.
  • Typing correspondence and other documents as required.
  • Binding accounts and other documentation.
  • Ordering couriers when required.
  • Supporting the Administration Team as and when necessary.
  • Raising invoices & credit notes
  • Archiving of documents and files
  • Preparation of expenses.
  • Maintaining & diarising meeting rooms.
  • Ordering stationery.

Working Arrangements

The working week: Normal hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, to be worked from 9.00am to 5.30pm.

Location: Your principal work base is our Nottingham Office. The role will be office based.
