The job:

Greet visitors to site on front desk, answering telephone and intercome system and assisting as needed.
Handling incoming post and emails, collating documents and reports, file management.
Handling booking and event enquires, including meeting rooms and training.
Creating car parking passes, meeting room set up, and other ad hoc tasks.

The candidate:

Previous experience working front desk/reception required.
Strong IT and communication skills required.
