Location: Nottingham City Centre (hybrid-working)
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday

What will the role involve?

  • Account management and solidifying client relationships
  • Lead generation and new business activity.
  • Attending client meetings both in person and virtually
  • Adhering to Employment Law and internal best practice processes
  • Onboarding new clients and candidates
  • Negotiating fees and terms of business
  • Writing engaging adverts and candidate attraction strategies
  • Working to targets and KPIs
  • Updating and maintaining the integrity of the CRM database

Who are we looking for?

  • We don't micro-manage here! You will need the drive and discipline required to "run your own desk"
  • Strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills
  • Superior relationship builder with a natural ability to build trust-based relationships
  • Accomplished level of literacy with experience in advert writing and candidate attraction campaigns
  • Active user of LinkedIn and other candidate/client networking tools
  • Sales focused with proven track record of growing market share
  • Recruitment industry experience essential
