Our client, an innovative provider of custom digital solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand their client base and drive growth. This company specialises in bespoke e-learning and software solutions for businesses worldwide and operates in one of the fastest-growing sectors—digital learning.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling custom software/digital solutions
  • A consultative sales approach with experience in field sales
  • Track record of winning new business and building long-term client relationships
  • Experience presenting and selling tailored digital/software solutions (not off-the-shelf/SaaS)
  • Ability to generate leads through multiple channels (calls, digital marketing, networking)
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems
  • Degree preferred but not essential

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Research and segment potential accounts to develop an effective sales strategy
  • Meet KPIs for client contact, meetings, and sales pipeline management
  • Generate leads via phone, online, face-to-face meetings, and networking
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities within the CRM system
  • Prepare and present compelling commercial proposals
  • Submit regular sales forecasts and activity reports
