- Targeting potential customers who may benefit and desire the Hire solution products across Process Cooling and HVAC, and building strong customer relationships
- Developing sales strategies and implementing these into workload to proactively generate leads and converting leads into genuine sales opportunities
- Undertaking market research to ensure that trends, competitors and opportunities are identified
- Maintaining and building a really strong pipeline for sales, ensuring this is pushed through to the CRM and that that it is reguarlarly updated with relevant information
- Working closely with the marketing team to create promotional collateral
- Providing technical guidance to customers to support them in identifying suitable hire solutions
- Conducting site visits to evaluate customer needs
- Preparing sales reports based on forecasts and analysis of the market
