Key Responsibilities:
- Collating all purchase invoices for approval
- Ensuring all relevant invoices are approved for payment
- Correctly coding all invoices in respect of the nominal ledger and department
- Checking and reconciling supplier statements
- Completing the supplier payment run
- Sending remittances to suppliers and handling supplier queries
- Ordering goods on behalf of departments
- Processing staff expenses
- Posting all banking sheets into SAGE
- Posting all vendor reports into SAGE
- Processing client payments in the bank
- Posting client payments onto SAGE
- Filing all invoices
- Proactively involved in process improvement
- Weekly updating of auction sheets
- Ad hoc projects delegated by seniors

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, 9am - 5pm
