Location: Office-based in Nottingham (Mansfield - must be able to drive)

Salary: 28,000 - 29,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, with occasional on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to set up and maintain community care packages.
  • Manage client relationships through regular communication and visits.
  • Recruit, interview, and support care staff to match client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain up-to-date staff files.
  • Handle staff appraisals, supervisions, and ongoing support.
  • Respond to client inquiries, ensuring care packages run efficiently.
