Housing Patch Manager

  • Job Type: Temporary (3-month initial contract)
  • Location: Nottingham (Hybrid working - 3 days office, 2 days home)
  • Salary: up to £19.83 PAYE OR up to £26.07 Umbrella per hour

We are seeking two proactive Housing Patch Managers for a temporary role with the potential for extension. Ideal candidates will have a robust background in housing management and be adept at handling a variety of community-related challenges. This role is perfect for those who are committed to delivering exceptional service and making a positive impact within the housing sector.

Day to day of the role:

  • Undertake tenancy and site visits to ensure adherence to housing standards and policies.
  • Manage anti-social behaviour cases, including attending and contributing to multi-agency meetings.
  • Conduct joint visits with partner agencies, including social care and the police, to address complex cases.
  • Handle a variety of inquiries through emails and telephone calls regarding tenancy and estate matters.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, providing support and advice to residents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a housing management team within a local authority or Housing Association.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of housing management functions including tenancy management, ASB, safeguarding, rents, multi-agency working, and estate work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with ReAct ASB case management system (not essential).
  • Desirable: Familiarity with Northgate/NEC housing management system (not essential).
  • Ability to commute to Nottingham and adhere to the hybrid working arrangement.
