About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in the early years setting.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote the physical, social, and emotional development of each child.
- Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of all children.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and nurturing atmosphere that encourages children’s curiosity and love for learning.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
