As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will:
- Supervise a defined group of team members and contribute to their CPD, mandatory training, and appraisal process.
- Monitor and review Nursing Care plans.
- Evaluate and respond to changes in patients' conditions and needs.
- Provide high standards of care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorders.
- Develop therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement.
- Contribute to patient assessments and care plans, monitoring progress.
- Lead shifts and mentor student nurses and team members.
- Follow all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation, promoting ethical practice.
