MHR are offering an exciting opportunity for a Quality Analyst to join our innovative Test Engineering team. As a Quality Analyst, you will be part of a cutting-edge team that is responsible for the design and delivery of software testing to support our market leading HR and Payroll solution. Working in an agile development environment, we promote collaboration, continuous improvement, TDD/BDD and self-development.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join us and see their testing ability develop rapidly.

This role sits within the People First where you will lead on identifying and ensuring the appropriate test activities are completed within the team, working with the development engineers and automation engineers to ensure that the product is developed with low risk and high quality, and repeatable testing activity is identified and delivered through automation.

You'll need to demonstrate good knowledge and a flair for:

路 Manual software testing.

路 Hands-on UI and/or API testing

路 Database knowledge

Relevant experience with any of the following would be beneficial:

路 Cross Browser/Device testing

路 Web testing

路 Test Driven Development/Behaviour Driven Development

路 Preventative testing techniques

路 Testing of RESTful web services

Skills

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate core testing skills, including strategy, planning, analysis, estimation, defect management, and reporting. Communication and presentation skills, agile development methods, knowledge of HR and Payroll legislation and concepts, as well as testing tools and services, are also desirable.
