Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial management of high-rise residential projects.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans.
  • Conduct valuations, variations, and cost reporting.
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Provide commercial insight and strategies to maximize project profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Expertise in high-rise residential projects preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, particularly JCT and NEC.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is advantageous.
