Responsibilities
- Lead the financial management of high-rise residential projects.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans.
- Conduct valuations, variations, and cost reporting.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
- Provide commercial insight and strategies to maximize project profitability.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Expertise in high-rise residential projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, particularly JCT and NEC.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is advantageous.
