As the Lead Theatre Practitioner, you will:
- Deliver safe, quality care for patients during their perioperative phase
- Lead and manage a team, coordinating staff training and resource needs
- Assist in the delivery of patient care and contribute to quality improvement
- Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and yourself
- Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures

- Minimum 3 years of experience in coordination, ordering, mentoring, and leading others
- Experience in Robotics, Ophthalmic, ENT and Maxillofacial specialties.
