Are you an experienced Theatre Practitioner looking for a new challenge? Our client is seeking a Lead Theatre Practitioner for a combined speciality role at a Hospital in Nottingham. As the Lead Theatre Practitioner, you will:
  • Deliver safe, quality care for patients during their perioperative phase
  • Lead and manage a team, coordinating staff training and resource needs
  • Assist in the delivery of patient care and contribute to quality improvement
  • Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and yourself
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures

To be considered for the Lead Theatre Practitioner role, you should have:
  • Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in coordination, ordering, mentoring, and leading others
  • Experience in Robotics, Ophthalmic, ENT and Maxillofacial specialties.
  • ILS and Mentorship qualification
