Key Responsibilities: -Assess and implement procurement strategies and processes. -Establish and manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations. -Advise on procurement best practices and identify areas for improvement. -Confidently negotiate and challenge stakeholders to drive efficiencies. Requirements: -Public sector procurement experience is essential. -Strong knowledge of the Procurement Act. -Ability to work autonomously in a hands-on role. -Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. -Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
