Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the buying team to develop and execute strategies that optimize product selection and cost-efficiency.
- Oversee and manage the procurement of over 150,000 products, ensuring quality and market relevance.
- Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships, negotiating terms to maximize profitability.
- Monitor UK market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry practices to inform buying strategies.
- Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and sales teams to align the buying strategy with overall business objectives.
