Your new companyYou will work as an Associate, within a large Building Surveying team based in Nottingham. You will manage a team of Surveyors, who operate across both projects and professional services. You will work across a variety of sectors including retail, public sector, commercial, education and development. You will work for an internationally leading consultancy, who pride themselves on professionalism and are keen to develop their staff.
Your new roleYou will work as an Associate, working with a team of professional surveyors, working with project management, stock condition surveys and reports, dilapidations, party wall and design specifications. You will also manage a team, and help them drive the business forward. You will help them develop and coach them to ensure they provide the best service to the established client base.
What you'll need to succeedYou will have experience in building surveying, and be MRICS qualified. You will be keen to work for a leading consultancy, and develop your career within a large business. You will be keen to work in a team management position and help develop a team as well as servicing a large client base.
