Welder Position Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic welding skills such as MIG welding, Seem welding and Spot welding . You will be working in a busy steel shop environment. Ideal candidate will be responsible for construction of steel anti vandal units, they will be working from CAD drawings and therefore will require a good understanding of these and be able to read them sufficiently, they will construct steel staircases (using a jig) they will be seam welding and they will require the ability to use a press / guillotine. A good DIY enthusiast or someone with basic welding skills.Rate of pay will be £13.50 p/hourShifts:Mon - Thurs: 07:30 - 16:30 Fridays: 07:30 - 12:30 Key Responsibilities:Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets project specifications.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.Qualifications:Previous experience in welding, ideally 1 year.Basic knowledge of welding techniques and tools.Strong attention to detail and precision in work.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team.Work Environment:May involve standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications to [Contact Information].
