Direct Sales Advisor - Change of Tenancy & Renewals Agent
Reporting to Head of Direct Sales
Salary 24,800 base salary with OTE of 40k+
37.5 hrs per week (9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday)

Our client is a multi-utility retail company. The fastest growing water retail company in the UK, with a focus on SME businesses. Working within a diverse, fast paced team you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries as well as outbound calling for cross selling multiple utilities and winning new business.

Role Overview:
As a Change of Tenancy Sales Advisor, you will be an integral part of our direct sales team, specialising in managing all aspects related to the Change of Tenancy (COT) contract sale cycle.
Your role will involve ensuring a smooth customer experience for incoming tenants of our clients supplied properties, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional service throughout the process.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact customers who are on out of contract rates (OCR) to discuss contractual options.
  • Negotiate contract terms with customers, ensuring that both parties reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contract renewal activities in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the change of tenancy and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey when coming into contract.
  • Actively promote and lead generate for the additional utility services provided by the company
  • Address any customer concerns or questions regarding the contracting process, providing clear and helpful information.

We are looking for someone who has Sales Experience for at least two years in retentions, telesales or Contact centre sales roles.
