Our client is looking for a proactive Inside Sales Representative to drive customer engagement and sales growth. This role involves managing existing accounts actively promoting product lines within the UK market. This would suit someone with a little experience that wants to develop and learn with some guidance.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • 1 year experience in a Sales role
  • Possess a positive, tenacious attitude
  • Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively
  • Good knowledge retention and willingness to learn
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Proactively engage with customers and prospects to promote products
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identify and convert new sales opportunities across different market segments
  • Generate quotes and follow up on orders monthly
  • Process orders and sample requests, ensuring smooth delivery and follow-ups
  • Develop an annual sales plan aligned with business goals
  • Monitor sales orders in collaboration with the Customer Service team
  • Recommend complementary products to maximize sales
  • Provide after-sales support and technical assistance
  • Act as a key liaison between departments and customers
