Approach Personnel are proud to be working on an exclusive basis with a large, successful and growing New Homes Developer who are seeking a Quality Inspector to join their growing team on a fixed term basis.
Are you a Site manager, Quality Inspector or experienced Site Supervisor? This role is perfect for someone with snagging experience on housing sites.
In this role, you will working in the Coventry, Derby and Stoke, area and will be responsible for snagging and inspecting projects, ensuring that work is completed to the highest quality.
This role would suit a Quality Inspector, Site Manager, or Site Supervisor looking to take a step up, with a strong background in housing.
The Role
- Conduct quality inspections of in-process installations and the finished works
- Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards, along with the specification for the works to that property
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance processes and procedures
- Checklists are completed on an application, managed on a smart phone.
The Person
- Background in new build housing development.
- Excellent knowledge of snagging and inspections
- Building or refurbishment related qualification of demonstrable experience.
- Experience within the construction industry.
