About this Engineering Administrator Role:   
We're looking for a part-time Engineering Administrator to support the daily operations of our growing team. You'll play a key role in helping with procurement, financial administration, and grant project support, all while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time schedule. 

The hours are flexible, provided they fall between 9am-5pm, and the role offers a great opportunity to work closely with a dedicated group of engineers in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities for this Engineering Administrator Role: 
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.  
- Assist with monitoring accounts payable and receivable.  
- Help set up payment runs and purchase orders for the engineering team.  
- Process and reconcile invoices, expense reports, and financial records.  
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and control frameworks.  
- Provide administrative support for grant-funded projects.

What We're Looking for: 
- Experience in a similar role, whether in finance, administration, or procurement.  
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial tasks.  
- Proficiency in Excel (experience with Xero is a plus, but training will be provided).  
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.  
- Flexible and willing to take on new tasks as needed.  
- Preferably, someone with experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
