JOB ROLE:

  • The ideal candidate will possess a passion for jewellery creation.

  • You will perform a variety of jewellery repairs, ranging from basic to complex tasks.

  • You will assemble and create bespoke jewellery designs to client specifications.

  • You will work with a variety of materials, including precious metals and gemstones.

  • You must ensure that all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.

  • You will maintain and operate goldsmithing tools and machinery, including torches, soldering equipment, and polishing machines.

  • You will provide guidance and advice to clients on design, material choices, and repair options.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • You should be a career goldsmith with a growing portfolio of work that you can showcase.

  • You must have in-depth knowledge of goldsmithing techniques and tools.

  • Proficiency in working with various materials, including precious metals and gemstones, is required.

  • You must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

  • Familiarity with gemstone identification and grading is necessary.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to interact effectively with clients and team members.
