37 hours per week (FULL TIME)

6pm-4:30am Monday to Wednesday, 6pm-1am Thursday

The role:

We are currently recruiting for a CNC operator for one of our well-established and fast-growing clients in the Oldbury area. As a Roller/CNC operator you will be operating and running cold rolled forming machines, ensuring product quality is to a professional standard and understanding/using bar coding and material.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Complying with health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Communicating with production, drawing office and IT departments.
  • Understanding material, bar coding and roller systems.
  • Generating new ideas to contribute amongst the team
  • Documentation of product quality when associated.

The ideal candidate:

  • Manufacturing experience in a production environment
  • Well organized and self-motivated individual.
  • Effectively contribute to a team and your own initiative
  • Strong time management skills
  • Able to reach targets within a given time.
