The role involves assisting experienced roofers with repairs and maintenance of council-owned properties.
Candidates should have a full UK driving licence and previous experience in roofing or construction is preferred.

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Roofers Labourer to join our Maintenance team. This role supports our experienced roofers in maintaining and repairing council-owned properties, ensuring high standards of safety and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting roofers with repairs and maintenance of council properties
Handling and transporting materials, tools, and equipment
Ensuring safe working conditions and adhering to health & safety regulations
Carrying out basic labouring duties, such as removing debris and preparing work areas
Driving to various sites as required

Requirements:

A full UK driving licence (essential)
Previous experience in roofing or construction (preferred)
A good level of physical fitness and ability to work at heights
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
