Our client is a leading FMCG organisation based in Nuneaton. They are seeking to recruit a Customer Operations Coordinator on a temporary to permanent basis. Act as a dedicated point of contact for all customer enquiries in relation to sales orders, claims on delivery and distribution arrangements? Identify potential and actual service issues, and resolutions where possible and co-ordinate communication with the customer and relevant internal departments? Participate in customer and corporate initiatives, focusing on increasing supply chain efficiencies, increasing sales and developing the working culture at the company? Demonstrate and promote teamwork, always acting in unity with our corporate vision and values? Receive, validate and process customer sales orders within agreed timescales? Receive, investigate and process customer claims and pro-actively resolve ongoing issues to improve service levels? Work with team members to ensure that all administration tasks are completedWho's right for the role?? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence and the ability to communicate at all levels of management, both internally and externally customer base are essential? The ability to set up spreadsheets and manipulate data are also essential? Advanced level IT skills in MS Excel and MS Word are a must?
