Your new companyHays Education works with many schools across Nuneaton, Bedworth and surrounding areas. There is the opportunity to work on a long or short-term basis depending on your availability. You choose the hours you work, whether that be in a nursery 8am-6pm or school hours 8.30-3.30.Your new roleYou will be required to support the class teacher with general TA duties, including providing 1:1 support for children with additional needs, working with children in small groups, ensuring lesson plans are followed and promoting learning and development.What you'll need to succeedYou must have recent experience working with children in either a school or nursery setting. Ideally, you will be qualified. However, it is not essential, as long as you have the relevant experience. You will be patient, confident and have a genuine passion for wanting to work with children.
